Responsibilities

Job Role & Responsibilities: :-

• Opening CIF in local tool after scrutiny of documents & advising discrepancies if any.
• Perform case lead role for onboarding and review cases. 
• Scrutinizing documents & advising discrepancies if any.
• Regular update of client data [i.e. CIF Modification, Suspension, Change of Address and Business Activity etc.] in tools. 
• Conducting due diligence checks as per SG requirements and analyzing hits.
• Liaising with support team and Regional KYC team for Reviews and pending cases in pipeline. 
• Co-ordinate with Business and Compliance on case to case basis if required.
• Updation of IFSC/SWIFT/IEC codes in Finacle.
• Attending and supporting to audit queries and support.
• Perform control activities like PS Controls & BCT certification etc.
• MIS preparation & periodic submission of reports.

Profile required

Academic Background:- University degree or above

Relevant Working Experience in number of years:- 
• About 3-5 years of overall experience.
• Prior experience in KYC profile is preferred
• Experience in banking & financial service industry preferred. 

Skills & Competencies required:-
• Team Spirit
• Professionalism 
• Result oriented – ability to deliver quality on time

Language Skills:-
• Ability in written & spoken English; National / regional language may be advantageous

Computer Skill:-
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office- MS-Excel, MS Word, Power point etc.
