Third Party Risk Management Data Quality and Reporting Officer- VP
Responsibilities
Base Salary Range: $118,000 - $240,000
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program focuses on the TPRM lifecycle which includes planning, due diligence, contract management, ongoing monitoring, and termination of third party relationships.
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) QA and reporting officer is responsible for 1) creating ad hoc and periodic risk reports and 2) overseeing the quality assurance of the system of record for the program including providing escalation, reviewing and generating business requirements for enhancements and general ownership of the system from the perspective on the TPRM function.
The TPRM QA & Systems Officer (they) will oversee all aspects of the TPRM reporting needs including quality reporting and solutioning to address data and other deficiencies. In addition, they will serve as the expert for the technology solution, TERA (Archer TPRM module). They will collaborate with ITEC, both locally and globally, at all level as needed to meet the department’s objectives and goals. In their quality analyst role, they will also interact with Business Lines (BLs), Support Functions (SFs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support all related functionality including entity profiles, engagement information, inherent risk profiles, risk assessments, issue management, exit strategy and ongoing monitoring for new and renewing third party services.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Data quality management and oversight over the TPRM technology solution (currently RSA Archer – TERA).

Report creation, scheduling and escalation in support of the DQ function.

Systems business analysis in support of all functionality including trouble shooting and identified weaknesses

Business analysis in support of desired and ongoing systems enhancements

Producing or reviewing business requirements in support of the platform

Designing and implementing user acceptance testing campaigns
-
Troubleshooting systems issues with users and stakeholders as necessary

Collaborate with SocGen’s internal auditors, external auditors, and regulators when necessary

Engage with providing coverage for the TPRM workflow as needed

Other duties as requested by manager

COMPETENCIES
Required:
-
Thorough knowledge and experience in configuring and programming the RSA Archer platform
-
Experience with relational databases and the ability to create efficient and functional data models
-
Experience with reporting tools and data mining tools, with a focus on in the enablement of quality assurance initiatives. Specific tools include MicroStrategy and Power BI.

Building and maintaining reporting packages

Business requirements gathering and documentation

Understanding of technical specifications

Understanding of, and prior working experience in Third Party management activities is desirable

Knowledge of Third Party management best practices and trends is desirable

Demonstrated ability to interact & communicate effectively across all levels and BLs within an organization

Ability to work individually as well as partner with others as part of a team

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 3 years of experience on the RSA Archer platform or equivalent. Archer certification preferable.
- Functional experience with writing SQL and HTML scripts
- Functional experience with Java / Javascript development is a desired but not mandatory
- Functional experience with Qlikview or comparable data mining /reporting tool.
- Exposure to or experience in data quality initiatives
- Functional experience with Risk Management reporting
