Trade Support Unit - Process Expert - Trade Capture

Responsibilities

Lead specific projects/initiatives related to scope covered such as but not limited to
Define and enrich process for bookings and controlling operations, in accordance with process managers Eg: Business Line Managers, Value Chain Managers etc..., main expected output being lowering operational risk
Harmonize processes between teams handling same production
Be entry point / Single point of contact for local and transversal projects
Contribute to solve complex issues by proposing action plans, strategy and adequate controls
Contribute in implementing follow-up tools to monitor activity and risk associated such as KPIs, KRIs and Capacity monitoring
Identify operational risks beneath processes, communicate them and propose remediation plans
Plan and structure knowledge management around teams covered. Contribute to technical training of teams hand in hand with managers; sharing of best practices within teams covered along with TSU community
Analysis and amendments of the breaks raised by the Control teams, Back office teams and the other stakeholders (such as ROCS QTY).
Coordination between the Front Office and all the support functions of requests for information and the problem resolutions
Understand the Function’s ambitions - Trasfer booking to FO, Reduce Rework and Increase Automation and work accordingly towards it.
Develop expertise on all Derivative products, tools and good understanding on Operational Risk.
Perform UAT's and participate in various projects related to his / her asset of expertise.
Align processes and help the team in harmonizing and standardizing activities.
Help in creation and review of SOP and procedural maps and representations.
Ensuring all the relevant controls and activities are performed by the juniors on time and no key risk are outstanding.
Participate in forums to discuss and lend ideas for process improvements and risk mitigations.
Performing and monitoring production.
Managing and guiding the team the team in the right direction to improve individually and also to make them contribute for the improvement of the process.
Assisting Top Management in any management related activities/projects.
Monitoring all the activities handled by the team to ensure better quality, controls are maintained.
Continuous monitoring of key business-related activities and effectively documents and communicate findings to Top Management.
Follow-up to resolve and validate open issues noted during reviews by internal/external entities.
