Main responsibilities

Daily Obligation:

Main Role :

  • Market making KTB (whole tenor)
  • Market making NDIRS/NDS/NDF beyond 2yr
  • Market making IRS beyond 2yr
  • Market making Cross currency swap beyond 2yr

Other :

  • Check FIC Seoul Sensi and D/ND risk/limit
  • Live update market color in Sales Chat ( bbg for offshore and Lync/Symphony for onshore)
  • Rates Recap
  • Sales IR deals validation in X-one
  • Update Bond Yields
  • Bond deals input in KOFIA web page/ Powerbase terminal
  • Report weekly rates commentary and flow activities
  • Recording trading Blotter
  • Keep flow blotter for the day on trades dealt with offshore sales.
  • Check Mercury on rates sensitivity in order to see the entire EOD rates position
  • Report daily exotic back-to-back portfolio position and PnL

Monthly /Quarterly Obligation

  • Report monthly/quarterly market updates and noticeable flows to Head of Trading

Yearly and Occasional obligation

  • Manage legal documentations (ISDA and CSA etc.) with trading counter parties

Profile required


  • Active market making for KRW bond and related NDS to offshore investors
  • Active market making for both interbank and clients for KRW IRS/NDIRS/CCS/FX Swap
  • Support senior rates trader
  • Achieve and outperform annual NBI budget
  • Manage liquidity through HQLA
  • Financing activities
  • Good knowledge in Korean rates market
  • Fresh Graduate(To be Graduate in August 2021) is welcomed.
