Singapore Trainee Human Resources

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Program administration for regional talent development programs

-  Schedule program calendar for the year

-  Work with regional HR business partners on nomination of participants for the programs sessions

-   Manage logistics for program deliveries (calendars, delivery platform, trainers, other logistic needs as necessary)

-Post-program marketing

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)

-  Work closely with the Diversity Networks in the region, as well as Communications team, to ensure successful delivery of various D&I initiatives

Co-ordinate training activities for South East Asia (SEA)

-   Work closely regional team in managing training activities

-Where there are specific SEA requirements that are outside of regional offerings, work with vendors to schedule training sessions and monitor enrolment status

-  Plan logistics of training sessions (trainers, rooms, others logistics needs)

-  Work with our team in Bangalore to ensure smooth delivery of the learning sessions and to attend to queries from our employees

-   Handle payment of invoices

-   Update training documents such as Training Calendar and Training and Development Guide

Quarterly induction for SEA new joiners

-              Schedule and manage logistics for quarterly induction for SEA new joiners

-              Invite managers as speakers for such sessions

Profile required

Profile Requirements:

•    Holds a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business or similar
•    Internship experience in HR preferred, but not mandatory 
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
•    Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage various stake holders 
•    Strong organisation and planning skills 
•    Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work independently
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills

HR - Talent Development and Inclusion
Talent Development and Inclusion (TDI) is a key function within HR, responsible for the training and development of all staff within the Asia Pacific region.  Learning and skills development is a key priority in Societe Generale, as we aim to continue our journey to be an advanced "learning organisation".  On top of delivering a specially curated training catalogue which addresses our employees' specific needs, TDI  manages the the talent management process, from identification of key roles, succession planning, through to development for identified talents.  The team is also responsible for overseeing Diversity and Inclusion topics for the region.a
