  • Regulatory Circulars’ Interpretation, Summary & Distribution;
  • Gap analysis to new regulations and be responsible for the implementation of regulatory requirements in the bank;
  • Regulation update for internal reports, like BOD, ALCO and regional legislation updates.
  • Conducting annual review on internal policies and procedures;
  • Compliance training program coordination at bank level and provide specific training on new regulations ;
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly Compliance Alert;
  • Backup of regulatory survey & reporting processing;
  • Other tasks / assignment from the supervisor(s).

Profile required

  • Academic  Background
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law
  • Working Experience /
  • Technical Skills & Know how
  • Minimum 1 year work experiences in foreign bank, better with compliance or operations area;
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Familiar with local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies;
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused;
  • Able to work prudently under pressure;
  • Language Skills
  • Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
  • Computer Skill
  • Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint, etc
