Gap analysis to new regulations and be responsible for the implementation of regulatory requirements in the bank;
Regulation update for internal reports, like BOD, ALCO and regional legislation updates.
Conducting annual review on internal policies and procedures;
Compliance training program coordination at bank level and provide specific training on new regulations ;
Prepare and distribute the monthly Compliance Alert;
Backup of regulatory survey & reporting processing;
Other tasks / assignment from the supervisor(s).
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Law
Working Experience /
Technical Skills & Know how
Minimum 1 year work experiences in foreign bank, better with compliance or operations area;
Skills & Competencies
Familiar with local CBRC/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies;
Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused;
Able to work prudently under pressure;
Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint, etc
