Shanghai, China Trainee Finance


  • Responsible for assisting CSG Shanghai on business activity for customers.
  • Prepare trade documentation (for example term sheet)
  • Assist in pricing financing products
  • Regular market update and regulation update, especially regulation in China
  • Structure and develop products according to client’s bespoke request, optimize scare resource usages 
  • Liaise with internal functions e.g. Risk / Legal / Compliance / Finance / Tax etc

Profile required

Academic  Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university, better major in Economics and Finance; banking/finance background is a plus
  • Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
  • Good knowledge and understanding of financial market and derivative products; Intern or short term experience in banking industry is a big plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and personal skills, ability to work independently
  • Reliable, Proactive and able to deliver on time and meet expectations
  • Good sense of integrity and self-motivated
  • Be able to work hard under pressure

Language Skills

  • Good at both oral and written English &Mandarin

Computer Skill

  • Be able to use word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office
