  • To assist the Executive Assistant to CEO of processing daily work and complete various secretarial affairs

Supporting Executive Assistant to CEO

  • Travel arrangement for top China senior management members
  • Handling reimbursement requests from senior managements
  • Supporting for any APAC/global senior visitors, board members, external senior guests of admin related request
  • Senior management meetings preparation
  • Act as back-up for CEO assistant for daily agenda arrangement
  • Internal system processing of any payment request for CEO office

Office event

  • Event/activity coordination together with other local or global internal teams
  • Communicate with external for meeting/event arrangement.
  • Communication letters drafting to bank-wise or externals.
  • Other assigned tasks related to CEO office.

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor degree

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how

  • At least 2-years working experience in a similar position

Skills & Competencies

  • Able to manage an agenda and to get involved in administrative projects, reliable, proactive and able to deliver on time and meet expectations

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking, fluent French is a plus

Computer Skill

  • Able to use word, PowerPoint and other MS office
