• Assist in on-boarding of new clients - KYC, documentation
• Follow up for pre and post deal issues with MO, BO, other teams
• Perform daily routine tasks for the sales desk -
o Prepare and update daily Card rates,
o Check daily option expiries
o End of day checks
• Send periodic research and other communication to clients
• Assist sales in preparing sales pitches, product notes etc.
• Work with sales to resolve general issues on the desk - limits, systems, client related, etc.
