Responsibilities

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Supporting the Communications and Employer Brand Officer in day-to-day matters, in particular:

  • Assisting in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communication materials such as memos, newsletters, internal articles and social media posts,
  • Assisting in planning and executing employer branding and internal communication initiatives such as career fairs, workshops, employee engagement activities and CSR undertakings,
  • Supporting the organization of internal and external events and initiatives
  • Updating the company’s website,  intranet pages, internal and external publications, and supporting the creation of a dedicated company community site,    
  • Preparing and developing content and presentations for various internal stakeholders,
  • Translating documents,
  • Supporting administrative and reporting activities.

Profile required

You will be most successful in the role with:

  • Student status for the entire duration of the internship (preferably in Philology or Language studies, Journalism, Communications or a related field),
  • Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week,
  • Proficiency in English and Polish,
  • Strong English writing skills with a thorough understanding of grammar rules,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Power Point, Sharepoint, Forms
  • Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Great attention to detail is a must
