Responsibilities

Description of the Business Line or Department

Kleinwort Hambros Marketing team is responsible for driving client acquisition and retention through integrated Marketing programs that position Kleinwort Hambros as the responsible private bank of choice for high net worth clients.

Working closely with internal experts, Marketing team drives brand awareness and visibility, develops engaging content and marketing collateral and delivers compelling client communications through a mix of online and offline channels.

Summary of the key purposes of the role

  • Help providing a seamless, streamlined client experience from onboarding to valuations statements.
  • Assist in driving marketing activities to result in new client acquisition, client retention and generation of new leads across commercial and client solutions strategy. 
  • Support the Marketing team in delivering key Marketing projects and initiatives as defined by the Marketing roadmap

Summary of responsibilities 

  • Design client literature across all client segments and solutions, including brochures, generic presentations, factsheets, flyers, training support and investment products reports and presentations, newsletters and publications
  • Liaise with external vendors (design agencies and printers) to maintain stock of literature
  • Provide timely marketing support to CRMs, Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors in their client interactions (investment recommendations, discussion documents, presentations etc.)
  • Ensure all materials are approved by Compliance before being disseminated
  • Maintain library of marketing slides and presentations, keeping it up to date and with relevant approvals
  • Maintain internal sharepoint pages, keeping them up to date with the latest news, publications and market updates
  • Support the Marketing team in driving engagement with internal stakeholders, via Weekly Briefing and other training sessions
  • Be proactive in how to design documents to the highest professional standards and improve and streamline the activity of the marketing team
  • Design Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Drive client experience by improving quality of client documentation, including AOD, suitability letters, welcome letters, fee documents

Entry level / graduate position

EDUCATION

Gradaute degree, ideally in Marketing or related field

Full knowledge of PowerPoint & Microsoft Word

Functional knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of Prezi a plus
