  • To support operational risk management department in managing operational risk events’ investigation and timely reporting   
  • To produce KRI and Permanent Control dashboard and coordinate local Operational Risk management Committee with action follow-up
  • To support the outsourcing service supervision committee to strengthen the vendor management and risk monitoring
  • To coordinate the risk control self-assessments of business units and support units and formalize the consolidated risk assessment for Korea management
  • To support the operational risk global tools/projects rolling out in Korea
  • To support the business continuity management related initiatives
  • To maintain sound operational risk management risk culture mindset through training, communication letters etc
  • Back up team member when needed

  • Language & Computer Skills
  • English and Korean: Fluent
