Responsibilities
1st year: Providing desk support to the HKG Macro Sales
- Perform administrative duties related to client on-boarding, KYC reviews, limit-checking, order and flow reporting, market recaps, deal simulations, distribution of SG Research, familiarize oneself with margin/CVA/RAROC policy etc.
- Provide pre and post trade processing support for Senior Sales, utilizing internal and external trading systems, coordinating with Trading desks.
- Act as the front office coordinator with the middle and back-office teams.
- Assist senior sales in a wide range of daily tasks, providing back-up coverage duties daily including voice and chat room trade execution, trade booking and recap, market analysis, general enquiry response.
- Meet professional behavioral development objectives in terms of setting high standards of performance and dedication.
- Able to have basic understanding of Greater China, Real Money, International banks, HF, PB client's coverage workflows.
- Product perimeter focused on flow FX (vanilla & structured FX options / G10 & EM Asia) and flow Rates/Fixed Income (Cash Bond
- & IR Derivatives/ G10 & EM Asia).
- Possess and enhance a strong technical knowledge of FIC products.
2nd year: Providing desk support to the HKG Macro Sales, responsible for daily admin tasks as per first year
- Continuously build strong technical and market knowledge related to FIC products in order to work more independently, with the goal to cover their own portfolio of clients.
- Help to identify more efficient methods/streamline workflow processes.
Candidates with outstanding performance will be considered for early conversion to permanent roles.

Profile required
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Graduate’s degree holder is preferred
- Graduates with some working experience gained from other sectors are also welcomed
- Market knowledge: solid global macro understanding.
- People friendly, customer oriented, highly driven reliable team player.

- Proficient multi-tasker, strong time management skills, ability to work with high accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
