Responsibilities

You will be the responsible of training management related activities on the Training perimeter. Your daily activity will be:

Specifically, you will be required to

  • Manages a team of training analysts who handle back-office activities for trainings attended by Société Générale’s employees in France
  • Understands the Group training principles and strategy and oversees its implementation
  • Showcases a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Steers the operational activity, analyses data and operational reports, monitors KPIs vs SLAs, communicates them accordingly to the partners and proposes corrective actions in case the SLAs or KPIs are not respected;
  • Manages the relationship with partners and other stakeholders involved in training projects in order to ensure timely delivery
  • Manages the training budget by delivering training budget consumption analysis, oversees provisioning and invoice management process in order to ensure correct delivery of the process
  • Coordinates risk prevention controls, evaluates risk as the activity evolves and offers risk mitigation solutions
  • Coordinates incident management process and follows up on the production incidents
  • Collaborates with the process coordinator and the N+1 to propose and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation through RPAs and industrialization of the processes; follows-up their implementation
  • Ensures a functional coordination with the managers of the departments whose activities are overlapping with those of the Training team
  • Manages the team's knowledge management (working procedures, skills transfers, back-up, etc.);
  • People management: takes in charge the management of the team from recruitment, performance assessment, workload management to career development
  • Follows-up capacity planning at team level, as well as individual level and implements solutions to balance the activity within the team and enhance team’s performance

Profile required

  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Leadership skills; people and result oriented
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Very good team spirit
  • Responsibility and commitment in fulfilling the assigned objectives;
  • Autonomy and flexibility
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Background in HR or Training is a plus
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems and budget management is a plus
