We are seeking to hire a skilled Transition Project Manager who will be in charge with overall project management of various projects, including migration of processes from different onshore partners to the Network GSCs locations.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of the project;
  • Ensure the project meets the client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines;
  • Define the overall scope of the project in consultation with project stakeholders;
  • Propose and validate the project schedule;
  • Prioritize/lead the project team in prioritizing the tasks of the project, based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, obstacles and barriers, budgets, resources, deadlines;
  • Indentify tracks, manage and mitigate risks throughout the project life. Escalate the issues when necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deliverables;
  • In case of transition projects, plans & follows up the Knowledge Transfer process, ensuring the SG GSC resources reach the adequate knowledge level required for Go Live. Coordinate the creation & approval of the standard operating procedures;
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in terms of process design, ensuring in the same time the adaptation of the customer processes to the SG GSC environment;
  • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other relevant metrics/project progress to all project stakeholder;
  • Ensure sign off of the project deliverables from end customer, develops lessons learnt.

Profile required

  • Strong academic background with a bachelor or master degree (preferable in management/technology);
  • Previous experience in project management (preferable transition management within BPO/SSC environment);
  • Fluency in English and French;
  • You are curious, dynamic, persuasive and have great social skills;
  • Self-starter & self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team of peers;
  • Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills;
  • Change Management/Change Leadership, customer centricity.
