Kleinwort Hambros is a leading provider of Corporate Fiduciary administration services, which includes Employee Incentive Services and Corporate Solutions. These are managed under fiduciary arrangements on behalf of corporate organisations, either private or public.
Employee incentive schemes include such structures as employee share schemes, pension schemes, bonus awards etc. Other corporate structures administered include limited companies situated in various jurisdictions, purpose trusts, exempt property unit trusts and the provision of a pension co-ordinator.
The vehicles administered by the Jersey Funds team encompass a portfolio of Jersey & Guernsey private equity, collectives and securitisation structures including a number of funds on the Lyxor Jersey platform. The Jersey Funds team provides full administration of the private equity, collectives and securitisation structures. With respect to the Lyxor Jersey fund range, the team carry out the oversight of oversight of outsourced functions as well as the corporate governance, company secretarial, regulatory and compliance activities required in the administration of these funds. NAV calculations, investor take-on/ dealing and financial accounts preparation are outsourced for the majority of these funds but subject to local oversight.
