The Global Markets functions is a trusted partner to external clients (Corporates, Financial institutions, and Asset Managers) in market activities, offering a cross-expertise in Research, Investment and Risk Solutions, Execution and Prime Services.

MARK Cross Asset Sales provides investors with multi-asset market solutions. It addresses the needs of distributors, offering bespoke services to support then in the design, marketing, and after-sale service of their products. It also serves institutional investors with their asset liability management, capital protection, hedging or the optimization of their overall return. MARK Cross Asset Sales capitalizes on an engineering team to deliver cross asset expertise and better manage trading risk.

We are looking for V.I.E to join our leading Cross Asset Sales team in SG Stockholm focusing on the Nordics. The team provides innovative solutions for exotic derivatives and structured products to its institutional clients. This is a unique opportunity as you will engage in all aspects of the sales process, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the process from start to finish. The role includes supporting the sales team with daily tasks, interacting with key stakeholders, managing secondary market, and pricing requests. This full-time 12-months V.I.E assignment offers continued hands on-training and opportunities for growth.

Supporting the Cross Asset Solutions Sales team in Stockholm:


·        Interact with key internal stakeholders, such as trading, sales, structuring, legal, middle office and back-office teams in Paris and London.

·         Responsible for secondary market and pricing requests from clients.

·         Helping the Nordic team with day-to-day business and ad hoc projects.

·         Provide pre- and post-trade services, e.g., trade valuation, pricing, and buybacks.

·         Draft term sheets and new product presentations.

·         Stay on top of recent regulatory changes.

·         Assist with various administrative tasks.

·         Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders (attending meetings, answering phone, emails).

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:

·        Graduate with a Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance

·        A previous experience in banking or finance would be considered as an asset

·        Strong interest of investment and financial markets

Language skills:

·        Fluent in English (B2-C1)

·        Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)

·        French language considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

·        Excellent command of MS Office

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Well organized with an eye for detail

·         Reliable and self-motivated, ability to prioritize and work independently

·         Development-oriented and seize opportunities to learn

·         Capacity of working in a fast paced and demanding environment


The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Sweden is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
