Responsibilities
Would you be interested in joining IS Internal Audit in BRD, one of the biggest banks in Romania?
Our IS Audit international team, based in BRD HQ in center of Bucharest, is composed of 8 IT professionals and is fully integrated in the global Internal Audit Department.
As our colleague, you would participate in assignments concerning BRD and Societe Generale entities in the Romania as well as in the Central and Eastern Europe (banking, insurance, consumer finance, car leasing, etc.).
Our missions are aimed at identification and assessment of IT-related risks in various areas (such as alignment of IT and Business strategies, application development lifecycle, IS project management, IS architecture and urbanization, security, backup and IT continuity, etc.).
As a result, you will have a great opportunity to learn from inside how the financial sector works.

Profile required
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Audit
- A previous experience in some of the following areas is required:
- Cybersecurity
- Software architecture
- Business analysis
- Project management
- HW/SW (operating systems, databases, application servers and network devices)
- Internal / External Audit
- Knowledge of some IT standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x, etc.) would be a plus
- Fluent in English

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Bucharest is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France, in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignment.
