Windows Administrator - Unified Communications APIs/Apps
You will join Global Technology Services (GTS), the entity who manages the infrastructure for the group.
As a member of the Unified Communications Services team, you will administrate and maintain the Windows infrastructure of an ecosystem of web applications that manage the mailboxes, distribution lists, meeting rooms, Skype, Teams & other communication systems for all of Société Générale users, worldwide.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Management and operation of Windows application servers
Handling requests related to Windows servers (application servers)
Virtual Machine Deployment and Optimization / troubleshooting / metrics
Manage a pool of Web applications deployed on Windows servers
Monitoring and processing of supervision alerts
Tracking and Handling L2 Servers & Application incidents
Monitoring of security indicators and remediation: patch management and antivirus
Work closely with development team & Product Owner to improve the overall environment
3+ years’ experience on a similar role
Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory
Knowledge/Willingness to learn Microsoft Exchange
Knowledge/Willingness to learn a scripting language (Windows batch scripting/Powershell)
Knowledge/Willingness to learn Postman for API Testing during troubleshooting/incident investigations
Knowledge/Willingness to learn Wireshark for protocol interceptions performed during L2 troubleshooting/analysis
Strong motivation & willingness to expand knowledge
Good command of English.
