Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Management and operation of Windows application servers
  • Handling requests related to Windows servers (application servers)
  • Virtual Machine Deployment and Optimization / troubleshooting / metrics
  • Manage a pool of Web applications deployed on Windows servers
  • Monitoring and processing of supervision alerts
  • Tracking and Handling L2 Servers & Application incidents
  • Monitoring of security indicators and remediation: patch management and antivirus
  • Work closely with development team & Product Owner to improve the overall environment

Profile required

  • 3+ years’ experience on a similar role
  • Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory
  • Knowledge/Willingness to learn Microsoft Exchange
  • Knowledge/Willingness to learn a scripting language (Windows batch scripting/Powershell)
  • Knowledge/Willingness to learn Postman for API Testing during troubleshooting/incident investigations
  • Knowledge/Willingness to learn Wireshark for protocol interceptions performed during L2 troubleshooting/analysis
  • Strong motivation & willingness to expand knowledge.
  • Good command of English.
