Workplace Production Lead

  • In charge of running the production processes within Digital Workplace team and enforce the governance is properly adopted
  • Review existing processes to identify weaknesses and gaps, propose improvements, simplifications and homogeneity
  • Ensure offshore team handles request/incident tickets according to defined OLA with good quality of service and review their performance on regular basis
  • Facilitate the team to implement change management process and hosting review board meetings
  • Facilitate the team to manage outages under incident/problem management process, participate in crisis calls and compose effective communications to stakeholders 
  • Collaborate and work closely with other production leaders and control towers to maintain a stable environment for business
  • Coordinate the team to prepare various events in the region such as disaster recovery exercise and data centre power maintenance
  • Coordinate the team to plan and execute production related tasks such as legacy asset management or security vulnerability management
  • Coordinate the team to comply the requirements for vital/critical infra systems such as capacity management and documentations
  • Drive the team to work on tranversal projects, ensure action items are well delivered and consolidate status to stakeholders
  • Act as major contact point and coordinate the team to work with auditors, regulators and compliance officers

Profile required

  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Active Directory administration
  • Strong expertise in SCCM server/client and administration
  • Knowledge with Symantec SEPM
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp
  • Knowledge of Master Desktop Master
  • Knowledge of Print Services
  • Strong English speaking skills
  • Strong document writing capability
  • Able to work independently, to organize and manage own tasks
  • Team player, positive attitude, good communicator, able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Project management skills and fundamentals
  • Completion on time of all mandatory trainings organised by CFT and GBSU/DCS (ELearning + face-to-face)
  • Review against breach register / operational risk incidents / client complaints
  • Completion of all external/internal audit recommendations
  • Feedback from SG internal Stakeholder (incl.CFT, GBSU/DCS where applicable).

The IT Infrastructure department, Global Technical Services (GTS), is one of the major stakes for the bank and is at the heart of Societe Generale group's strategy.
Today, the Digital Transformation raises important challenges around IT Architecture, Infrastructure and Security. Many of these challenges are opportunities to imagine new experiences for our clients and new way to deliver IT services.
Within the Resources and Innovation division, GTS department plays a key role in the Digital Transformation.
