Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the quality of Balance Certification of the GBIS and ensures High quality accounting certification
  • Is independent and in a transversal position having at his disposal all the procedures, the methods allowing to validate accounts cartography in a most respectful and homogeneous way.
  • Oversees allocation of account ownership on his/her perimeter.
  • Audit - handling Audit and ensuring timely closure of recommendation.
  • Follow up and resolve any open issues.
  • Works autonomously within the framework of the assignments with which he/she is entrusted
  • Organize training for departments and group business lines as required
  • Identifies anomalies, qualifies them and monitors rectifications
  • Contribute to the monitoring and updating of Process / activities / tools and procedures
  • Constantly evolving; significant responsiveness is necessary to adapt to the changing dynamics
  • Point of contact for the business line for all requests
  • RISK: Ensures that all risks are identified, assessed, analyzed, measured, monitored, managed, and properly reported & providing a holistic view on all risks.
  • ABC Controls insight & the control applicable to the process (ME/RME /BCT)
  • Manual Entry Monitoring Stats & Variance Analysis – WW 

Profile required

1 to 3+ years of working experience in accounting domain.

  • BCOM, MBA or equivalent educational qualification
  • Good understanding about accounting, month end process
  • Job requires the resource to be proficient in accounting knowledge, Financial Statement interpretation, Risk Assessment, IFRS Standard know - how Reconciliation understanding 
  • Understand nature of accounts and their accounting an also assess the risk attach based on the supporting evidence
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and could find meaningful inferences
  • Good hands-on experience on MYAPRC, RCSA
  • Knowing how to use and disseminate best practices
  • Knowledge of banking products / Financial Markets
  • Being conversant with the operational and non-compliance risks related to their scope
