Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using the Genesys platform (PureEngage / PureConnect / Cloud CX – specify as needed). The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through innovative contact center solutions.

Profile required

5+ years of experience in :

• To develop routing strategies by creating application modules based on the Genesys software development framework, or use the associated programming language.

• To develop dashboards with the tool provided by the Genesys software.

• To configure the components of the Genesys software.

• To develop specific modules in Java, interacting with the components of the software.

• To implement the necessary monitoring and analysis tools.

• To ensure proper adherence to SG standards.

• To ensure level 3 support for applications in case of incidents related to those applications.

• To support the other teams within the scope.
