Specialist System Engineer - XLDeploy and TeamCity
Responsibilities
Founded in 2020, RESG/DDS (Digital and Data Services) is the transversal IT department serving the IT Sector and Business Lines.
Within DDS/ITF (common technical foundations for all IT departments), the DSP entity is the service center responsible for the group’s CI/CD platforms.
ü Managing/Knowledge in Operating systems – Windows, managing UNIX/Linux servers.
ü Managing CI CD solutions – Managing/supporting CI CD platforms like Jenkins, Teamcity Artifactory, Github.
ü Experience in full life cycle of Incident Management and adhere to server management process such as to find the root cause and in maintenance of servers.
ü Must have good experience of deployment tools like XL-Deployit à Server management, troubleshooting issues.
ü Experience in handling and managing Ansible scripts.
ü Experience in deployment terminologies and CI CD functionality.
ü Experience in handling L1/L2 issues on different devops toolset to solve support issues with an intention to give the best user experience to end users.
ü Experience in full cycle of Change Management/ITIL Processes.
ü Experience in Python/scripting language.
ü Experience in issue management with jira and Unity/Service now.
