Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be required to:

    Understanding of business requirements in financial area & specific regulatory reporting field;
    Manage complex projects (multi-entity, many contributors, complex scope) from business case documentation to post-implementation monitoring
    Ensure compliance with business content and delivery of project objectives within the agreed timeframe, quality & budget constraints
    Prepare & maintain project management documents (project charter, project plan, project costs monitoring reports etc)
    Coordinate the project stakeholders
    Monitor the project execution, manage risks, constraints & project dependencies
    Support the business analysis phase for regulatory reporting updates or new reports;
    Support test cases and test scenarios creation
    Understanding of IT architectures and complex IT systems interactions and interdependencies;
    Regulatory reporting follow-up actions in order to support regulatory reporting production throughout the group;
    Provide Data Quality improvement recommendations, if the case
    risks on production as part of stabilization phase/project support activities;
    Provide clear and concise status reports on the allocated activities for operational and management teams;
    Propose action plans to improve performance, remediate issues and participate to implementation of process simplification-continuous improvement.
    Leading project planning sessions
    Coordinating staff and internal resources
    Managing project progress and adapt work as required
    Ensuring projects meet deadlines
    Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
    Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
    Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
    Designing risk mitigation plan
    Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
    Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
    Managing large and diverse project teams

Profile required

A little about you:
    Qualifying experiences in project management in Banking/ Financial services / Regulatory reporting field, analytical person
    At least 3 years experience in banking field/consultancy or financial shared services. Is mandatory - implementation of regulatory reporting projects (reporting Basel 3, IFRS, Controlling, Reporting on loans, Administration of loans and guaranties, Credit Risk, FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit)
    Strong proven project management & risk analysis skills
    Previous experience in IT field, understanding of IT architectures and interdependencies
    Keen interest in regulatory reporting
    English language advanced
    Excel knowledge advanced
    French would be a plus
    Academic background and Master in Banking and Finance will be a plus
    PMP/Price 2/Agile/ ITIL certification is a plus.
