Customer advisor

Whether for consumers or business customers, when you join Societe Generale Morocco as a customer advisor, your job is to welcome, listen to and advise customers, and ensure the development of your customer portfolio.

As you evolve, and according to your aspirations, you can move into wealth management, general management (Branch Manager, etc.) or business development. There are also paths to becoming an account manager in commercial and corporate banking.

Online account manager

You have the same responsibilities as a branch account manager, such as providing services customers and prospects, and advising on products and services. But instead of working in a branch, you provide these services over the phone and online.

You will develop strong knowledge of our products and services and extensive knowledge about our customer profiles. These assets will help you advance your career within retail banking.

Account manager

Commercial account managers help small and medium companies, local authorities and associations develop their activities. You provide them with solutions tailored to their needs to support them in their projects. Business account managers perform the same tasks, but for artisans, independent professional, tradesmen and farmers.

As you develop your expertise you will be able to take on positions of greater responsibility, move into general management (Branch Manager, etc.) or work in business development

Welcome agent

Your job is to welcome customers, help them meet their day-to-day needs and perform basic banking transactions. It is a great way to quickly acquire a good knowledge of retail banking and prepare to become a Customer Advisor.

Branch manager

Your role will be to manage a retail branch, which includes supervising commercial relations with customers and finding new customers. You will also be responsible for the budget of your branch.

Your aptitude for operational management will prepare you to become a manager of a larger branch or a supervisor of several branches. It can also lead to working in business development for a region (market analysis, sales strategy and implementation).
