Societe Generale Srbija has been present in Serbia since the first office opened in 1977. SGS was the first international bank on the domestic market.
Since the first four branches opened in Belgrade, the Bank has recorded constant growth and has branches in all major cities. To date, we have 102 branches in Serbia. In 2013, Societe Generale Srbija showed readiness to participate in the consolidation of the Serbian banking market, and acquired the portfolio of KBC Bank in what is recognized as the first financial transaction of this type on the Serbian market.
