Vos missions au quotidien

Your role:

You will be part of the “accounting team” covering Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity and Real Estate) where you will contribute to support our long-term relationships with our clients and internal partners. You will be allocated a portfolio of clients maintening direct contacts with them.

You will be given the opportunity to front key clients as their dedicated accountant.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for booking transactions into our accounting tool and maintening documents in the client’s files
  • Review and validate NAV calculated
  • Control the consistency of the valuation received
  • Manage the reconciliation with the depositary and transfer agent and analysis breaks
  • Making the VAT declaration
  • Process third party invoices
  • Produce specific reportings for clients and authorities (e.g. ILPEA or INREV reporting standards)
  • Drive the end of year closing of accounts and front auditors
  • Produce financial statements

Et si c’était vous ?

  • You have been part of a fiduciary, a Central Administration, or a Big Four for at least 3 years as an accountant, ideally, in the Fund industry in Luxembourg
  • Graduated in accounting with a good knowledge of LuxGaap and/or FrGaap; IFRS, ILPA, INREV would be deemed as a plus
  • You have a good level of English and you are fluent in French 
  • You are used to service funds, holdings, SPVs, and ideally securitization vehicles
  • Ideally, you are comfortable with the GP3 software
  • Position non subjected to MIFID II
