Analyst, need to ensure Quality checks are done periodically, review and ensure information procured by analyst are correct & as per requirement.
Should Identify process related gaps for process improvement/streamlining. Work towards mentoring new joiners.
- Have a good understanding of Business Lines (BL) and KYC requirements.
- Perform domain search from paid sites for capturing client information from AML Compliance approved websites and other approved sources.
- Maintaining sound working relationships with all other stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to the agreed SOPs, KYC Policy and other guidelines governing the process. Ensure production and quality levels are maintained at agreed levels at all time.
- Ability to prioritize work and individual target and route all additional ad-hoc requests from the onshore team to the Cell Manager before taking any action. Ensure accurate and timely Updation of Daily MIS Report
- Mandatory trainings to be completed in time with adherence to Compliance policies and procedures.
- Engage and participate in all team related activities.
Ensure active participation and contribution to all DDU Projects . Should be able to provide ideas for CREW enhacement , contribute for various transformation topics
Should be able to highlight potential issues to management and work towards resolving operational issues proactively.
Should be enthusiastic to learn new activities and think out of box
