Vos missions au quotidien

Provide functional and information technology (IT) support for BWise Application (a GRC - Governance Risk Management and Compliance application) and business objectives (including reporting). Work independently with project managers and business users on projects and enhancements. Manage JIRAs and estimation of business enhancements. Change Management owner for BWise related releases. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to work and communicate with the business on its requirements and assist with the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Train and assist with on-boarding new employees. Create support, release, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training documentation related to the BWise application. Identify the workflows necessary to implement user requested functionality. Author and maintain configuration design of BWise. Integrate BWise with existing SG applications, particularly the reference data systems. Maintain a catalog of issues, enhancements, fixes, etc. that are required to improve the data feeding into the BWise engine. Collaborate with business owners and ITEC owners to establish priorities, timelines, and schedule of deliveries of corrective actions. Use JIRA to track requests, changes, and document testing, comments, and signoff materials. Translate technical constraints and issues to a non-technical audience. Oversee the projection of GRC space’s vision within the bank. Scope requests and communicate to impacted teams. Identify, communicate and escalate on issues and dependencies.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Finance, or related field, plus 2 years of professional experience working for a global financial institution performing IT business analysis and software development (including planning, analyzing, testing, designing, and implementing banking technology) to participate in all phases of the software development life cycle. Must also have the following: 2 years of professional experience testing database integration issues using relational database management systems (including structured query language (SQL)); 1 year of professional experience developing portlets using the BWise framework; 1 year of professional experience designing frameworks based on compliance needs; 1 year of professional experience performing debugging and issue tracking using JIRA; 1 year of professional experience coordinating with clients on User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase; 1 year of professional experience working in an organization practicing Change Management and Release Management (CMRM) policies.
