Mission

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of CLIC, your mission will include:


  • Management support: prepare the relevant presentations/reports to senior management and put in place the relevant dashboards/metrics to follow production;
  • Project Management: be involved in project management and process improvement initiatives;
  • Teambuilding: assist with the development of team building initiatives across CLIC’s different locations (New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Montreal and Sao Paulo)

Profil

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

 

This VIE in New-York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see www.civiweb.com, in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.


Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University in Finance.

A previous experience in Financial services industry would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient in Office application. Knowledge of MS SharePoint & Visio.

  • They coordinate the onboarding process;

  • They manage their data with a guarantee of quality and completeness;

  • They protect the bank and its clients by applying KYC regulations;

  • They assist our employees in making our relationship with our clients a unique experience;

  • They define the normative framework governing interactions between Societe Generale and its clients, and serve as the final escalation point to resolve client incidents and requests;

  • They handle post-trade management of client market transactions.
