Driven by its commitment to decarbonisation and increasing regulatory requirements in ESG x finance reporting entering progressively in force from 2022 (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, contribution to Société Générale own ESG reporting: Pillar 3, Green Asset Ratio…), ALD ׀ LeasePlan is creating a brand-new job and looking for its head of ESG – Finance Reporting within the Finance Department.
Part of the Finance Regulatory Reporting department and working in close relation with the Accounting Team, the Finance Transformation Team and the Sustainability Team, your main missions will be as follows:
· Leading the normative analysis of the new regulatory requirements
o Monitoring emerging and evolving ESG trends, frameworks, and regulations in collaboration with Sustainability team.
o Analysing the finance/ accounting impacts of new financial reporting obligation related to ESG for ALD automotive ׀ LeasePlan (for example: incorporate the regulatory requirements of the CSRD regarding financial indicators in collaboration with the Sustainability Team …)
o Benchmarking market practices in financial communication related to ESG, representing ALD automotive ׀LeasePlan in industry associations events & workshops (i.e Leaseurope, Movin’On ...)
· Being the finance business owner of all ESG reportings
o Establishing with the Transformation Department an efficient organisation and processes to collect, process and report all information required by the European Taxonomy, CSRD, contribution to SG
o Coordinating the calculation, consolidation, and verification of the financial ESG data to published internally and externally (i.e. annual report)
o Assessing the accounting and financial implications related to the implementation of projects related to the decarbonisation of the Group’s activities
o Drafting policies and procedures related to the collection and reporting of financial information relative to ESG factors
o Leading any Internal and External Audit of our ESG metrics
o Providing assistance and training to finance team on ESG topics

MAIN SKILLS
· Strong interest in ESG, climate risks reporting and related areas
· Proactive and curious
· Excellent analytical skills combined with synthesis skills
· Experience in written and oral presentations to high level managemt
- Excellent proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
EXPERIENCE
· Master’s degree
· Minimum 5 years of experience in an Audit firm or in the finance department of an international group.
· Knowledge in finance reporting and IFRS norms
· Knowledge of ESG disclosures (CSRD/ESRS and Taxonomy), trends and best practice is a plus
LOCATION
· Rueil Malmaison, France, or Amsterdam, the NL
