Vos missions au quotidien

  • Ensure meeting day-to-day targeted deliveries, as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Manage work force allocation and identify team's training needs
  • Adhere to risk, regulatory and control requirements
  • Identify, lead and deliver process improvements, regularly
  • Be a first level of contact for any delivery resolutions
  • Lead team and inspire performances
  • Maintain & Monitor Teams KPI’s
