Vos missions au quotidien

  • Informing Mark Frankfurt Management about non-Financial risks, events, KPIs
  • Strengthen the control framework and ensure the effectiveness of the controls execution
  • In charge of the operational risk and conduct committee of the business line in Frankfurt, specially maintaining and evolving the committee supports
  • In charge of the Frankfurt representation and maintenance of the different LOD1 governances: FO supervision, Electronic Order governance, Market parameters, Volcker-French banking Law (V-FBL) controls
  • Contributing in the different MARK worldwide instances such as Normative committees, Control framework, VFBL committees
  • Implementing the whole scope of the operational risk processes in respect of the wholesale rules and standards: RCSA (Risks Self-Assessment); Outsourced essential services (OES), BIA (Business impact analyses), Business Continuity Management; Rogue trading investigation, Incidents collection.
  • Identifying and monitoring appropriate Operational Risk indicators for the scope
  • Reinforcing the relation with the second/third lines and business lines managers and participate to IGAD and regulatory missions
  • Contribute to the operational and conduct incident management, including formal declaration as well as definition and follow up of the remediation plan.
  • Documenting, preparing, testing and maintaining the Frankfurt business continuity plan, in close relationship with the Paris team
  • Ensuring that FO supervision guidelines are properly applied in Frankfurt: handbooks, mandates, controls, eLearning, audit or regulatory recommendations follow up.
  • In charge of indorsing FO facilitation tasks: such as actions related to Staff arrival /departure in the ad hoc referential (Alice, Serval, On-Demand …), monitoring of the console risk, handling of market access request, creation of GOPs, modifying and reviewing access rights
  • Contribute to carry out/perform investigations in close cooperation with the fraud team
  • Implementation of a proactive approach to properly manage the risks: Processes reviews; Losses review with MARK operators; propose training on specific topics
  • Ensuring an efficient market connectivity setup for the trading and work with the expert team in Paris to ensure local requirement are in line with Mark Rules

Experience & technical skills:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of the perimeter covered (products, processes, information systems, risks, functions)
  • Knowledge of the operational risk environment (regulations, processes). Risk management skills
  • Familiarity with audit methodology (ability to structure an approach, formalization of work done, substantiation and justification of conclusions, ability to perform substantive tests when necessary)
  • Working experience in EQD department (like Trading or Sales Trading)
  • Excellent knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office, programming skills are beneficial)

Non-Financial risks refers to operational and conduct risks.

ORCM mission is to enable:

  • Risk culture with senior’s managers/managers/staff
  • Continuous assessment of risks
  • Deployment and run of appropriate controls
  • Run of the different LOD1 governance (electronic orders, controls framework)
  • Timely and complete escalation, reporting, and follow up of incidents and resulting actions
  • The maintenance and reporting of effective Key Risk Indicators and other qualitative measures
  • Close cooperation with other departments and countries within NCG and GBSU, particularly over Information Security, Anti-Fraud / Rogue trading expertise, and Business Continuity topics
