Main responsibilites:

Commercial & Client Service Support
  • Assist Senior Sales Managers with: client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, response to RFPs, pitch books, global account plans, conducting market intelligence, customer research and marketing activities
  • Support with administrative tasks related to account opening and maintenance, Know-Your Customer (KYC) onboarding & reviews, credit applications and service implementation related tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy/consistency of client data (Sales portfolios in CRM, client referential)
  • Assist with Know-Your Customer (KYC) and client onboarding process, collecting required documents and interacting with the KYC Validation Team
  • Support cash management implementation projects
  • Follow-up on client inquiries
  • Verify product related billing based on information

Analysis of Commercial Performance
  • Analyse income and produce reporting for Sales Managers: contribution to data quality, highlight of key variations (+/-)
  • Prepare business reviews with management

The VIE assignment in a nutshell:

This VIE in Vienna is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 or 18 months (To Be Determined).

Your profile: 

Graduate with a Master degree from Business school or University with specialization in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
you ideally have a first experience in client facing banking activities
You are fluent in English and Intermediate in German; French is a plus. 
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Operational skills:

A sound operational and commercial attitude coupled with cash management expertise, an ability to work in co-operation with other departments of the bank. 

Analytical skills:

Ability to generate reports from multiple sources and to manage complex tasks is required.

As Sales and Client Service Associate Cash Management you will support the GTB/Payments & Cash Management team in Country in any Sales and Client Service Activity with Corporates and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Thereby you will have a large level of autonomy, working on projects which are supervised by the Senior Sales or Client Service Managers. You will systematically report to the Head of the department.
Products and services to be marketed will include, amongst others:
•              Domestic and international means of payment
•              Foreign Exchange (when related to cross-border payments)
•              Electronic Banking products as well as associated services
•              Liquidity Management solutions
•              Active cross-selling with the different Business Lines of the Bank, especially the international retail banking network.
