Vos missions au quotidien

  1. Learn & understand end to end process along with the associated risks

  2. Delivering as per the agreed SLA / KPI

  3. Regularly follow-up and Timely Completion of the onboarding requests

  4. Timely Escalations on process issues/ challenges to the management

  5. 95.5% Quality Assurance, IQA & GPS scores with minimum 100% productivity

  6. Timely execution of Agreements with 100% Accuracy

  7. Proactively checking the E-rates without any follow up

  8. Focus on 100% productivity / reduction in the rework files

  9. Active participation in the Daily SCRUM, PSS Meeting & Weekly meeting

  10. Driving Efficiency through various innovative ideas

  11. Actively taking part in the Division wide initiatives

  12. Commit to at least 2 training session focusing on the soft skills training

  13. Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing, extended support, adhoc testing and business requirements

  14. Participate in preparing reports and dashboards related to the process

  15. Adherence to SGGSC policies & procedures

  16. Ensure all the compliance courses are completed in a timely manner without any follow

  17. Nil Client confidentiality breaches or client escalations

  18. Identify and introduce proactive data quality controls

  19. Lead and update team during daily standup meetings on various policy / procedure updates

  20. Contribute to maintain and manage process documents, SOP and reports

  21. Manage the metrics in terms of the total outstanding requests along with the status / regular follow up with the respective teams for the missing KYC docs

  22. Leave Management & Nil LOPs

  23. Flexible to support the CI practices & adhoc projects resulting in automation through Client Data Management, KSM etc

Et si c’était vous ?

a)Technical competencies

- Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business

-Years of experience - 4 to 8 years

- Basic Knowledge of MS Office tools

- In-depth knowledge in Know Your Customer (KYC) process

- Experience in Investment Banking / capital markets domain is mandatory

- At least 1 year of experience in Client onboarding or Periodic review process in Investment banking domain.

b) Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to work in a cross cultural team across geographical locations and time zones

  Strong communication skills (oral and written)

- Ability to demonstrate team spirit, client focus and ownership

  Willingness to be part of a deadline driven process

  Investigative abilities and eye for detail

 Good analytical and problem solving skills
