Vos missions au quotidien

Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Use knowledge of the business area and technology and architecture to resolve problems on an ongoing basis. Responsible for analysis, development and support of client’s business requirements and establishing relationships with business partners to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Prioritize tasks with business partners and assign team capacity based on the priorities. Provide clear and consistent reports to the clients and management. Develop applications for various front office businesses. Ensure all data and flows between other trading and settlement applications are maintained. Define the architecture for new developments. Use strong communication skills (oral and written) to review local development and coach by providing guidance to the developers. Assist with monitoring initiatives assigned by management from start to finish, including working with users and business analysts to understand user needs and translate requirements into systems, proposing designs and implementing the project, reviewing and designing the architecture for new systems, estimating work needed and ensuring timely delivery. Ensure agile and continuous delivery methodology is followed and code is properly tested. Ensure that release management / change management processes are followed and be responsible for the support of the application of the perimeter. Assess risks and develop contingent strategies. Collaborate with other teams (networking, systems, quality insurance, support, architects, and others development teams).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field plus 5 years of experience working on a global trading floor at a global financial institution, performing Object-Oriented Programming including C#/VB.Net or Java to develop industrial front-office software focusing on a capital markets trading environment. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, plus 3 years of experience working on a global trading floor at a global financial institution performing Object-Oriented Programing including C#/VB.Net or Java to develop industrial front-office software focusing on a capital markets trading environment. Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of experience performing agile and User Interface (UI) Development; 3 years of experience working on Fixed Income analytical trading tools and fixed Income pricing libraries; 3 years of experience working with and producing pricing models for Futures, Forwards, and Interest Rates Swaps; 3 years of experience using messaging technologies (RMDS and ICE middle-ware), and source control tools; any experience managing budgets and developers working on global markets at a global financial institution and liaising with multiple departments within the U.S. and abroad; any experience working with front office personnel (including networking, systems, quality insurance, support, and other development teams) at a global financial institution.
