Vos missions au quotidien

Mission: The Team Leader reports to the manager of FOP and is responsible to liaise with the team members.

Key areas of responsibility include executing and controlling of Dealing and Cashflow Reporting, Onboarding Support and readiness, share reconciliation, clearing activities, cash investigations, corrections within the register, manual payments, claims, daily and monthly reporting.

The role has the ultimate responsibility to ensure that day to day BAU operations is running effective and the exposure to risk is limited. 


Tasks and responsibilities:

Transfer Agency activities supervision                                                                                                                  

• Ensures that processes are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and policies, with internal/ external KPIs and SLAs and compliance requirements

• Team tasks include :

 a) Dealing and Special Funds handling via various electronic channles (Fax, Swift, FTP, NSCC, Clearstream, Euroclear), FXes handling, NAV injection, estimated and final cashflow reporting and communication, Contract Note & payment instruction generation and monitoring, internal and external dealing reporting

b) Managing clearing activities - pre advice of funds, withdrawals, allegements

c) Payment monitoring, investigations and manual payments

d) Performing controls and oversight of offshored activities

• Ensure the maintenance and control processes, procedures, checklists and checkpoints are updated by self and for the team

• Support the manager with the implementation of relevant projects, corporate initiatives, management communication

• Identify process related improvement. Create relevant user stories and performs UAT post prioritisation

• Clearly communicates expected standards of performance for team members

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all Dealing, Correction, Special Funds, Payments and Clearing Activities

• Sign off relevant daily verifications, checks, checklist  and process validations

• Promotes risk awareness, assessment and control within the department

• Ensures a high standard service level to clients

• Liaise with Registration team, Fund Set up team, Investor services team, Events and TA support team to ensure all functions relating to the TA are well handled and managed from an overall perspective

• Update the monthly productivity and KPI^s of the FOP & CRU teams


Risk control and processes/productivity improvement                                                                                     

• Contributes to the the ISAE and other Audit sample collection. Collects evidences and performs monthly permanent supervision controls

: find ways of reducing the department’s costs, defining scalable solutions, polyvalence, cross functions, training

• Provides regular feedback to the Manager of FOP & Cross Unit on staff achievements in line with individual and team's objectives

• Ensure process controls and procedures are diligently executed. If not sufficient introduce smart controls


Team development and management                                                                                                                     

• Supervises and drives the Transfer Agency activities

• Contribute to the skill development of the team members and follows them through the day-to-day feedbacks

• Provide sufficient data, feedback and support to manager for staff appraisals and performance plans

• Identifies the training/certification needs of the team members and ensure mandatory regulatory trainings are completed on time

• Motivates the team
