Financial Inhouse Lawyer SG Forge
Responsibilities
As SG-Forge continues to scale its crypto-asset capabilities and strengthen its project lifecycle framework, we are seeking a financial inhouse lawyer.
This role combines market and business legal engineering capabilities and responsibilities, with a high-level capital market and financial services knowledge.
You will play a central role in the structuring of competitive offerings and structuring products by supporting Sales, IT, Operations, Compliance and Finance teams, together with a continuous regulatory evolutions monitoring.
Main tasks:
Support and advice to SG-Forge’s teams on crypto-assets activities and other innovative projects
Drafting of legal documentations
Supporting structuring teams in line, if necessary, with the legal departments of SG Group
Legal and regulatory monitoring (EU, and others) and continuous training of SG-Forge’s teams on crypto-assets regulations
Implementation and monitoring of the SG Group's normative documentation, and the applicable guidelines
Relationship with the regulators (ACPR and AMF)
Profile required
Candidate profile:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial Law
Superior knowledge of the crypto environment and blockchain technology
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to speak to clients and articulate communication to effectively present thoughts clearly with different teams
Ability to draft legal transactional documents, memos and other materials
Personal skills:
Creative. Critical thinking skills. Pragmatic
Technological sensitivity. Strength in problem solving
Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Fluent in French and English
