You wouldn’t guess it at first glance, but Morgan is working on issues that will reinvent baking for all of us. Facial biometrics and voice recognition, for example, are two advanced technologies that will completely change the relationship between a bank and its users. These two technologies are crucial for cybersecurity issues – the major challenge for our sector. The reality of our IT departments today is: seeking out the latest innovations capable of transforming our field or inventing them if they don’t already exist.

In our group, we’re learning together, thanks to an international community of programmers, all experts in their specific domains, and most importantly because in a sector that changes as quickly as IT, it is becoming crucial to pull down barriers between minds and skill sets.
