This role is a 12-month fixed-term assignment.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Perform KYC/AML/other regulatory support functions in KYC onboarding process, predominantly for the UK market

  • Be a single point of contact between the business lines, compliance, regulatory teams and management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes.

  • Facilitate clients onboarding process: perform due diligence controls, regulatory controls (FATCA and CRS), write risk assessments, validate / update client profiles

  • Globally support the Front Office and Coverage Bankers to ensure a smooth and accurate KYC onboarding process

Profile required

You will be most successful in the role with:

  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field

  • Previous experience in KYC, AML, ideally 2+ years

  • Experience with private equity funds, investor onboarding, or the UK market would be an advantage

  • Strong English language skills; Polish would be an asset

  • Excellent analytical, written communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and develop

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills
