Responsibilities
Level of education
Higher education is required.
Looking for graduates in fields like: Computer Science, Polytechnic Institute – Automation and Computers, Electronics, Economic Studies, Faculty of Statistics, Cybernetic and Economic Informatics; Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics or equivalent.
Level of knowledge of foreign languages
English – B2 or higher as of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Experience and knowledge requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in,
Installation, troubleshooting, configuration, administration, and monitoring of businessline–specific applications, whether custom-built or global solutions, within the relevant domains. Experience with financialbanking software applications is considered an advantage.
Experience in administering infrastructure applications—such as virtual machine management tools, databases, storage systems, Active Directory, antivirus solutions, network equipment, etc.—is not considered relevant for this role.
Managing the full production life cycle of business applications (e.g. retail applications, online banking applications): from initial deployment, versioning, technology vulnerability assessment, to building monitoring capabilities and eventually decommissioning.
Troubleshooting and providing Level 2 support for all related IT systems on which these applications depend (e.g., APIs, message queues, synchronization mechanisms, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in (hands-on experience),
Working with Unix-based operating systems (Linux, IBM AIX) and Microsoft Windows.
Working with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Working with middleware platforms like IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, Informatica PowerCenter, IBM BPM/BAW, IBM MQ.
This includes the ability to install and troubleshoot applications that rely on these frameworks.
Experience with container management platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) is a mandatory requirement.
Experience with CI/CD Pipeline Orchestration tools is a mandatory requirement
(knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory is necessary).
The following are considered an advantage:
General programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) or
general scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, KSH, Batch).
General understanding of software architecture and hardware infrastructure components.
Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
General networking knowledge.
General experience with server and application monitoring tools, such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus, Elastic Search
General understanding of ITIL methodology, with a focus on Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
