Transformation Lead - with French
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Global Business Services, Shared Services, and Operations functions.
- Translate business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic improvement opportunities across processes, technology, data, people, and operating models.
- Drive the execution of multi-year transformation programs, ensuring delivery of targeted business outcomes and benefits.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Conduct process diagnostics and current-state assessments to identify efficiency, quality, and compliance improvement opportunities.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Mining.
- Design future-state operating models and standardized processes to improve productivity, scalability, and customer experience.
- Establish baseline performance metrics and monitor improvement realization against defined targets
Business Case Development & Benefits Realization
- Build robust business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, implementation scenarios, and investment recommendations.
- Quantify transformation opportunities related to automation, AI, sourcing strategies, organizational redesign, and process simplification.
- Track benefits realization and ensure expected financial and operational outcomes are achieved and sustained.
- Report transformation value delivery to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
Project & Program Management
- Manage transformation projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and value realization.
- Develop project plans, milestones, resource allocation strategies, risk assessments, and dependency management frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, HR, Procurement, and Business Units.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Automation, Data & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, workflow solutions, analytics, and AI technologies to improve operational performance.
- Support the design and deployment of digital transformation initiatives, including GenAI-enabled solutions.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, operational teams, technology partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across global and regional functions.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies to support transformation adoption.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish project governance structures, decision-making forums, and performance reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with regulatory, risk, and internal control requirements.
- Maintain transparency through regular reporting on project health, milestones, benefits, and risks.
Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
- Promote transformation best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization.
- Coach operational teams on continuous improvement techniques and change adoption.
- Contribute to knowledge management, transformation frameworks, and organizational capability development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Global Business Services and business transformation.
Profile required
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Analyst, AI Consultant, or related role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, and automation tools.
- Relevant industry certifications – PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, etc;
- Willingness to understand KYU business: activity, regulations and standards;
- Excellent understanding of metrics and how to evaluate and measure the value of change;
- Domain expertise – proven rigorous discipline in managing projects;
- Familiar with transformation strategies and strategic change management;
- Proven ability to manage complex situations that combine strategic, financial, operational, management and technological aspects;
- Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment.
