CORPORATE ACCESS EXECUTION ANALYST

As a Corporate Access Execution Analyst within Bernstein SG’s Investor Access & Research Marketing team, you will coordinate assigned Corporate Access activities across the end-to-end execution process. Reporting to the Head of Investor Access and Research Marketing, EMEA, and working under the day-to-day guidance of senior Corporate Access Execution colleagues, you will provide proactive operational and logistical support while maintaining high standards of client service, accuracy, data integrity and operational control. The team operates across London, Paris and Casablanca.

Your main responsibilities will include:

·       Coordinate assigned Corporate Access activities from invitation through post-event follow-up, including schedules, communications, logistics and client touchpoints.

·       Complete pre-event checks and prepare accurate schedules, briefing materials, attendee reports and other event documentation.

·       Support corporate and investor outreach and scheduling in line with agreed client priorities, account tiering and coverage plans.

·       Maintain accurate records across BTS, CRM, trackers, shared files and team mailboxes, including post-event attendance, feedback and reporting.

·       Partner with Origination, Research, Sales, Banking, Conferences and Operations to ensure effective coordination and handovers.

·       Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve routine execution issues and escalate client-sensitive, commercial, policy or reputational matters appropriately.

·       Support approved process, technology, automation and AI-enabled improvements that strengthen controls, reduce manual activity and improve response times.

·       Manage assigned tasks independently within established processes and agreed priorities, making routine operational decisions and escalating matters requiring greater commercial, client or operational judgement.

·       Comply with all applicable risk, regulatory and internal policy obligations, including the Société Générale Group Code of Conduct and relevant conduct standards.

·       Undertake additional duties as required.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity across systems, reports and event documentation.

·       Strong organisational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and competing priorities.

·       A strong white-glove client-service mindset, demonstrated through proactive preparation, polished communication, discretion and dependable follow-through.

·       Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to work professionally with senior stakeholders and manage time-sensitive requests.

·       Sound judgement, initiative and a solution-oriented approach, including the ability to work under pressure and escalate appropriately.

·       Strong digital fluency and proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.

·       Ability to identify manual, repetitive or error-prone tasks and translate them into practical process improvements using approved tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Excel or Power Automate.

·       Ability to test and validate automated and AI-generated outputs, document workflows and controls, and support colleague adoption.

·       Understanding of information security, confidentiality, data handling and access controls; experience with BTS, CRM or event-management platforms would be an advantage.

·       Commitment to integrity, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour and putting clients first.

The successful candidate will be employed by SG GSC Morocco and fully dedicated to supporting Bernstein SG. The employee’s day-to-day activities, deliverables and stakeholder interactions will contribute directly to Bernstein SG’s Corporate Access Execution activities within the EMEA Investor Access & Research Marketing team.

The Corporate Access Execution Analyst will work with colleagues across London, Paris and Casablanca, under the formal supervision of the Head of Investor Access and Research Marketing, EMEA, with day-to-day functional guidance from senior Corporate Access Execution colleagues. The role offers broad exposure to international teams and high-profile corporate and investor engagement programmes.
