SG은행 자금관리부(Operations)

외환(FX), 금리파생(IRS), 채권(Bond), 자금시장(Money Market), 대출 (Loan) 등 금융상품 거래의 확인, 결제, 보고, 자금 관리등 post-execution 전반의 지원 업무를 담당함

-고객과의 결제(Settlement)및 자금 이체 업무를 담당자(Maker)로서 지원

-고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 거래/결제 내역 확인 및 Trade Confirmation matching status모니터링

-규제기관 보고(Regulatory Reporting)를 위한 데이터 준비 및 제출 업무 지원

Financing & Advisory (FNA)

Providing project finance and financial advisory services across infrastructure, energy transition, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and data center sectors in Korea.

- Support the origination and execution of project finance and financial advisory transactions across infrastructure, energy transition, and digital infrastructure sectors.

- Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify new business opportunities and support transaction origination efforts.

- Prepare pitchbooks, marketing materials, financial analyses, and client presentations for business development activities.

- Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence, credit approval processes, financial documentation, internal reporting, and portfolio management.

- 은행/증권의 금융상품 (대출, 보증, 파생상품거래 등) 관련 자문 및 국/영문 계약서 검토 및 체결 업무 지원

- SG그룹/은행/증권의 약정서 (template) 및 법무팀 가이드라인 검토 및 업데이트 작업 지원

- 은행법, 자본시장법, 금융회사지배구조법, 금융실명법, 금융소비자보호법 등 관련 법규 리서치 및 모니터링 지원

- 로펌 선임 및 법률 비용 관리 업무 지원

Assist Korea Legal department in connection with the provision of legal advice and the review of contracts relating to the corporate investment banking activities of Societe Generale Seoul Branch (bank) and SG Securities Korea Co., Ltd (securities), as follows:

• Provide support for legal advice and the review, negotiation, and execution of Korean and English agreements related to banking and securities products, including loans, guarantees, and derivatives transactions.
• Assist in reviewing and updating agreement templates and legal team guidelines of the SG Group, Societe Generale Seoul Branch, and SG Securities Korea Co., Ltd.
