Delivery Manager - Data Quality & Data Governance -Client Reference Data
Responsibilities
Job Description
Data Verification and Sourcing:
Understand the process and transfer the knowledge to the team in French and English depending upon the need
Validate and certify the accuracy of the data attributes like name , address , business activity etc by gathering the data from various registries and data providers like D&B, BVD, AVOX , ensuring all sourced information meets quality standards
Source documents from key client / third party websites / data providers like D&B, BVD, AVOX, Various Registries & Regulators, Search engines etc.
Remediation Projects:
Monitor and manage remediation efforts to address data discrepancies or quality issues identified during routine checks or specific projects
Quality Assurance:
Conduct consistency check and validate the data attributes before and after mass data onboarding/uploads to ensure alignment with procedural requirements
Certify the proofs and propose the correct data for all the attributes to business lines based on the analysis performed
Productivity and Escalation
Maintain productivity at 95% (remaining 3% devoted to cross training on the process & other PDP trainings; 2% learning Industry topics
Recognise sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail.
Ensure to distribute process changes /change management / business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative/team huddles/team meetings
Escalate delay in response from dependent teams to Prod Owners /Managers/Onshore Partners as per the escalation grid in case of dependency in process
Keep transparency in terms of utilization & availability
Skills required
Basic understanding of Investment Banking and its Clients, customers, vendors
Strong understanding of data quality standard and remediation processes
Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management or a similar role
Sensitive and adaptable to Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage/availability
Technical
Navigating through Regional Registries/Regulators, External Regulated Sources.
Technical know-how of external providers will be an added advantage.
Functional knowledge on various regulations
Knowledge in MS-Office tools
Behavioural/Analytical
