Foreign Distribution Dealing Employee

Mission: 

Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all foreign distribution dealing activities, in full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market rules. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines and ensure the completion of all activities within established cut-off times. Deliver a high level of service by providing prompt and effective support to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage transfers of units/shares of foreign funds and SICAVs, ensuring timely and accurate execution

• Provide operational support and assistance to distributors and counterparties

• Actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives within the department

• Monitor and control outsourced activities, ensuring compliance with service and quality standards

Studies & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields

• Preferable previous experience within a Fund Administration in Securities Services or Financial Services environment

Language skills:

• Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts

• Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Knowledge of Excel and Access

• Basic knowledge of Bloomberg and SAP

Salary range: 35.500€ - 37.500€
