We provide high quality professional services in over 35 countries in various business areas - Finance & Accounting, HR, IT and Corporate Operations. Our mission is to be a partner of choice, valued for owning, transforming and innovating with best-in-class talent.

Ready to turn data, regulatory insights and teamwork into concrete impact? Join CPLE/FCC’s Risk Assessment & Oversight team and help shape how AML/CFT and financial crime risks are assessed, monitored and reported at Group level. Our team brings together risk assessment methodologies, key risk indicators, oversight mechanisms, dashboards and governance reporting to support informed decisions across the organization.
You will play an active role in major AML/CFT reporting campaigns and contribute to stronger, smarter and more efficient risk monitoring processes.

Your mission (Main oversight activities)

You will help drive key AML/CFT regulatory reporting exercises from start to finish, including:

  • The Group Anti-Money Laundering Questionnaire for France, a major annual exercise submitted to the French supervisory authorities;

  • The Supervisory Risk Assessment for European entities, supporting the future AMLA supervisory framework;

  • Run AML/CFT reporting campaigns end to end: collect data, consolidate inputs, challenge quality and secure final deliverables;

  • Connect with Group entities, local compliance teams and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns moving smoothly and on time;

  • Build clear dashboards, key risk indicators and management information that make complex topics easier to steer;

  • Spot trends, highlight risk areas and help turn analysis into concrete messages for governance bodies;

  • Improve oversight tools and dashboards to make monitoring more reliable, user-friendly and efficient;

  • Bring ideas to automate, simplify and continuously improve daily ways of working;

  • Contribute to CPLE/FCC projects linked to regulatory change, new supervisory expectations and transformation initiatives.

Profile required

  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, ideally in Compliance, Audit/Inspection, Legal, Reporting, Controls or a similar environment;

  • A good grasp of regulatory topics; AML/CFT or financial crime compliance knowledge is definitely a plus;

  • Good command of Excel and Power BI; Python or database management experience would be a nice bonus;

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data and business inputs into sharp, useful insights;

  • A talent for preparing clear PowerPoint presentations and management reporting materials;

  • Good English skills; French skills will make you stand out;

  • Project management basics and facilitation skills to help you coordinate topics, people and timelines with confidence;

  • A strong interest in using AI in your day-to-day work to optimize existing activities, improve efficiency and help launch new initiatives.
