Responsibilities
Role Description
• Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.
• Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.
• Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organizational objectives and vision.
• Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transitions of projects/processes.
• Contribute to the innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.
• Ensure viable succession pipeline.
• Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
• Influence and sell BL offering and bring in new business
• Influence peers globally (N-/+3) and upwards in own or business partner's organization.
• Accountable for people related objectives in a Sub-Business Line.
• Accountable for creating and maintaining Sub-Business Line budgets.
• Accountable for deliveries emanating from a Sub-Business Line/tribe.
• Create an impact of transformation on the functional scope of a tribe.
• Propose innovation, renunciation and simplification.
• Establish very high standards of Delivery and inspire Research and upskilling of workforce.

· Technically Handson leader who has very good understanding on AI topics on IT Infrastructure and network side .
· Define and own the AI & Automation roadmap for Networking, aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals.
· Champion adoption of AIOps, closed-loop automation, and intent-based networking across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DC, Cloud, and Security domains.
· Act as a thought leader and change agent, influencing senior stakeholders, architects, and operations leaders.
· Partner with NOC, NRE, and Engineering teams to shift from reactive to predictive operations.
· Reduce MTTR, incident volume, and manual intervention through intelligent automation.
· Establish automation KPIs and value metrics, tracking business impact.
· Build and mentor a high-performing team of network automation engineers, data scientists, and SREs.
· Upskill traditional network engineers in Python, APIs, data analytics, and AI concepts.
· Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
