Responsibilities

Job Summary: The role is responsible for supporting key Human Resources initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, support HR governance and RBI-related compliance requirements, and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR processes aligned with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities: 

1.    Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
•    Create and manage job requisitions in Taleo, screen and review applications, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and timely hiring updates.
•    Coordinate with hiring managers, interview panel members, and candidates to schedule and facilitate interviews seamlessly.
•    Manage preparation and approval processes, including compensation proposals, stakeholder approvals, offer negotiations, and issuance of offer letters to selected candidates.
•    Support end-to-end candidate management to ensure a positive hiring experience and timely closure of open positions.
•    Assist with pre-onboarding activities, including employee record creation, onboarding documentation, and coordination of buddy assignment programs.
•    Partner with relevant teams to streamline and transition onboarding processes and activities, including the buddy program, to the HR Shared Services Centre (HRSCC).
•    Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and market intelligence to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
•    Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

2.    Regulatory Compliance & RBI Reporting:
•    Coordinate and support the timely review, interpretation, and implementation of RBI circulars, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements impacting Human Resources processes and policies.
•    Track HR-related regulatory developments and ensure appropriate action plans are implemented within stipulated timelines.
•    Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and relevant stakeholders to assess the impact of regulatory changes and ensure adherence to applicable requirements.
•    Maintain documentation, trackers, and audit trails related to RBI circulars and regulatory obligations.
•    Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, certifications, and responses to internal and external audit queries, as required.
•    Monitor compliance status and provide regular updates to management to ensure timely closure of action items arising from RBI circulars and regulatory reviews.
•    Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices remain aligned with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.

3.    Employee Engagement & HR Projects:
•    Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
•    Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major): Post-graduation in Human Resources

Relevant Working Experience in number of years: 5 to 8 years

Skills & Competencies required: 

•    Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
•    Influencing and persuasion
•    Strong collaboration
•    Analytical skills

Language Skills: Excellent Written and spoken English

Computer Skills: Should have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
